It depends on the number of guests, the location and the duration of the event. Our poké bowls start at around € 11.95 per person, from 90 guests upwards. A catering package is put together based on your request. Fill in the quote form on our website and you will receive a tailored proposal within two working days.

A poké bowl is a colourful Hawaiian dish: a fresh mix of sushi and salad. At PokeMambo we build the base of sushi rice up with wakame, avocado, cucumber, mango and red cabbage. Then you choose fresh salmon, grilled chicken or marinated tempeh. To finish you pick mango mayo or wasabi mayo, and we top your bowl off with spring onion, fried onions and roasted sesame seeds.

We start from 90 poké bowls. We regularly work at large festivals and company events with a few thousand visitors. Let us know how many people it is about and we will match everything to it.

PokeMambo is based in Utrecht, and from there we serve every region in the Netherlands, from Groningen to Limburg, and from Leeuwarden to Zeeland.

For the food truck: level, firm ground and a power connection of at least 2x16A. Water nearby is nice, but not required. We bring the rest. For catering on location we agree beforehand what is already there.

Yes. Our chicken is halal, and our Buddha Bowl is vegetarian with marinated tempeh. Our sauces are vegetarian, and there is always a gluten-free option, so everyone in your party can join in.

Fill in the quote form or give us a call, we are happy to help. Once your request is complete, you will receive a proposal within two working days. If you agree with the proposal, we lock in the date for you. A week before the event we get in touch once more, so everything is spot on.
